Research:
Over the years, America is suffering from multiple shooting incidents across the country. Especially in the year of 2012, "The Sandy Hook Elementary School Shooting" killed twenty-six people in a single incident. In 2012, "The 2012 Aurora Shooting" killed twelve people and injured 58 others."
It's such a tragedy that we don't want to see. But what caused it and how can we prevent it from happening?
First thing comes out from everyone's mind is the evil weapon, gun! And what should we do with guns? GUN BAN! More harsh gun control!
The Second Amendment of the United States Constitution reads: "A well regulated Militia, being necessary to the security of a free State, the right of the people to keep and bear Arms, shall not be infringed."
Over the year, we were told and tough that "Gun=Evil." The news medias keep brainwashing Americans that guns are evil, the only way we can do is to come up with more gun bans and gun controls.
According to CNN News, "He grabbed three guns from the house -- a semi-automatic AR-15 assault rifle made by Bushmaster and pistols made by Glock and Sig Sauer -- and went to the elementary school wearing black fatigues and a military vest, according to a law enforcement official."
The weapon used in "The Sandy Hook Elementary School Shooting" is wrongly described as military assault weapon along with military style clothing. The civilian version M4 carbine is known as the AR-15 which is a semi auto weapon. But the news medias have to classify AR15 to be a massive killing weapon that our military troops use. And the new word is also invented since then, "The Assault Style clothing!" They believe the assault style clothing must play a big part in the massive shooting incident.
But is gun control will prevent such tragedy?
Let's compare it to a massive killing incident in China. According to CBC News, "In the evening of March 1, 2014, a knife attack occurred inside the Kunming Railway Station in Kunming, Yunnan, China. At around 21:20, a group of 8 knife-wielding men and women attacked passengers at the city's railway station. Both male and female attackers pulled out long-bladed knives and stabbed and slashed passengers. At the scene, police killed four assailants and captured one injured female. The incident, targeted against civilians, left 29 civilians and 4 perpetrators dead with more than 140 others injured."
Knife can do much harm as guns, are we going to ban all guns, knife, scissors, rocks, hand tools, farm tools, and such? Also, when the U.S. government bans all guns, who guarantees there will be no massive killing after the gun ban?
Personal Statement:
Personally, I am a 100% pro-gun person. In the state of California, buying a gun is much harder than any other states. The fact is traffic deaths take aways more live than all gun deaths. Some interesting fact is news media counting in the number including suicides and criminals that was shot by cops. And also the cases that legal citizens have to kill criminals in order to defend themselves.
But now, the state government officials are keep pushing more anti-gun propositions. CA just voted yes on Prop. 63 which forces people to run a background check not only on their guns but also their ammunition. Prop. 63 also bans the ownership of hi-capacity magazines. Therefore, everything that you or your parents have that used to be legal is becoming illegal. The gun laws in California is a joke. What if someone bring hi-capacity magazine and illegal guns and ammunition to commit a crime or massive shooting? Would the gun law scare them away? The answer is obviously, NO!
In the state of California, carrying a gun is mostly restricted. And acquiring a permit is extremely hard in California. California also passed Prop. 47 and Prop.57 which early release more criminals back into the community. The crime rate is sky-rocketed because the gun control is limiting us using guns to protect ourselves. So, we law-abiding citizens have to let go our guns and beg for criminals from shooting us. Criminals always have their ways to get illegal guns and they are totally not affected by those stupid gun laws. So, who's the loser here, Governor?

Yes, it cost me more to buy ammo and guns due to the continuous gun control. Now more and more criminals are getting early release to the community due to the two stupid Prop.47 & Prop.57. Meanwhile, our government is trying to take away our guns. Criminals always have their way of getting firearms and ammo. Those gun control bill would only put limit on law abiding citizen from purchasing guns and ammo!
